FAQs
What is a Giclée print?
Giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is a high-quality fine art printing process that uses archival inks on premium paper or canvas. The result is exceptional colour accuracy, fine detail, and prints that last for decades without fading.
What paper and materials do you use?
We print on museum-grade archival paper and canvas using pigment-based inks. All materials are acid-free and designed to last 100+ years under normal display conditions.
Do you offer framing?
Yes - visit our Printing & Framing page for details on our framing options and materials.
How long does production take?
Each print is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.
How are prints shipped?
Prints are carefully packaged in protective tubes or flat rigid mailers depending on size. We ship worldwide and provide tracking on all orders.
Can I return or exchange a print?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-sale items. Items must be in original, undamaged condition. Sale and limited-edition prints are final sale. See our full Return Policy for details.
My print arrived damaged - what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll sort it out immediately.
Do you do custom or commission prints?
We occasionally take on custom work. Reach out via our Contact page to discuss your project.
Are the colours exactly as shown on screen?
We calibrate our prints to be as true to the digital file as possible, but screen colours vary by device. If colour accuracy is critical, please get in touch before ordering.
How do I care for my print?
Keep prints away from direct sunlight and high humidity. We recommend UV-protective glass if framing. Avoid touching the print surface directly.
